These Terms & Conditions apply to all massage therapy services offered by ÆrøFeel, located in Søby, Denmark. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.

Appointments can be made via:

• The online booking platform (SimplyBook.me will be available in the future),
• Email,
• Phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.

We kindly request that all cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to attend your appointment, you may be charged the full service fee.

If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time, depending on availability.

If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to avoid delays for other clients. The full fee will still apply.

You are responsible for informing of any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or allergies before your session. This ensures a safe and tailored treatment experience.

We may use SMS or WhatsApp to confirm or update your appointment. You can opt out at any time by:

• Replying with “STOP” to any message,
• Contacting us via email or phone.

Payment is due at the time of service or during the online booking process (via SimplyBook.me, where applicable).

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves inappropriately, arrives under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or poses a risk to safety.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated occasionally. The latest version will always be available on the website.
