Each massage is individually tailored to your needs. Where do you currently feel tension or pain? I will take care of it with a vigorous or gentle massage. You will feel relieved and refreshed. If desired, the treatment can
be supported by vitalizing or
relaxing aroma oils.

Gets your Qi flowing.
Acupuncture is a central form of therapy in Traditional Chinese Medicine. It is used to treat disorders such as local pain, migraines, acute stress, digestive problems, chronic fatigue, a weak immune system, restlessness and sleep disorders. The treatment is gentle and safe. You will hardly feel the ultra-fine needles– but you will feel the positive effects.

Rest, strength & regeneration.
This holistic manual bodywork has its origin in TCM. Blockages are gently released through pressure stimulation, stretching and movement of the body. Life energy can flow again and the body’s natural self-healing powers are stimulated. This treatment gives you peace, relaxation and new strength.
